Terms of use — POC inference API (summary)

1. You buy prepaid inference credits; unused credits are non-refundable during POC unless required by law.
2. No uploading personal data, secrets, or illegal content. POC forbids sensitive/PII workloads.
3. Fair use: rate limits and max_tokens caps apply; kill-switch may suspend service.
4. We provide our own API; we do not sell RunPod accounts, keys, or raw GPU access.
5. Service is best-effort POC — no SLA.
6. You must be 18+. Seller operates as project Compute Grokbot (temporary name for this POC).
